On this Sunday, let's ponder something.  What is grace? A simple word that means so much. It means we are loved. It means we are blessed. How so, you ask? We are loved and blessed everyday and in every way, even in simple ways. Dawn Camp's book, "The Beauty of Grace" reminds us just that.

What a beautiful cover? Something as simple as a jar of flowers has easily illustrated to us "the beauty of grace", and in Ms. Camp's "The Beauty of Grace", she has compiled a book with stories of God's love and grace from many popular authors including Kayla Aimee, Lisa-Jo Baker, Mary DeMuth, Margaret Feinberg, Emily P. Freeman, Holley Gerth, Bonnie Gray, Amber Haines, Lisa Leonard, Tsh Oxenreider, Deidra Riggs, Melanie Shankle, Leeana Tankersley, Jessica Turner, Ann Voskamp , Edie Wadsworth, Maggie Whitley and many more.  Beautiful photos are included in the back of the book (at least for the e-copy), and I'm sure it will grasp you as well.

These stories gives a new meaning to "God is in the small things" and "God is also in the big things too". Reading these personal stories by various authors provides a new insight each time.  Sometimes it's OK to take a breather.  There are stories about friendship, about love, about loss, about waiting and much more. Surprising no matter the story, it provides a calming effect on me as I read through one or several at a time. There were several tense moments in my life during the time I started "The Beauty of Grace", and thankfully, I was "nudged" towards reading this one, instead of others on my queue.  It may not provide an answer or solve whatever the problem is, but it allowed me to calmly receive the "message" and contemplate on the situation. Sometimes, it just lend me to relax without thinking.  This is a special book. It's special because it reminded me what life is, and how very loved and blessed I am.  So now, for you, get a copy (I recommend a print copy), sit back, read, relax and enjoy every beauty of grace before you.
