the Old West from Kansas to New Mexico, Colorado to Texas. Whether rounding up
cattle or mustangs, training horses, fending off outlaws, weathering storms,
competing in rodeos, or surviving drought these cowboys work hard each day. But
when hardheaded men have their weaknesses exposed by well-meaning women will
they stampede away or will a lasting love develop? Find out in this exciting
collection of nine historical romances.
One
of nine novellas in The Cowboy’s Bride, “The Wrangler’s Woman” tells
the story of widowed rancher Josiah Hanacker who hires spinster Corra Jameson
as a lady-trainer for his young daughter, Jess. He fears losing Jess to his
wife’s sister if the girl doesn’t meet her aunt’s ladylike expectations. Turns
out, Corra has everything Josiah needs for his daughter. He just never figured
she’d have what he needed for himself.

MY THOUGHTS
There is just something about cowboys, don't you agree? Wrangler's Woman by Davalynn Spencer is the 7th novella of The Cowboy's Bride Collection starts with a herd of cattle running through the Main Street of Ford Junction. Corra watches along on the porch of her sister's family’s boarding house when her eyes meet the eyes of our wrangler, Josiah. And then...that is how the hearts of our main characters are tied.
Happy Book Birthday, The Cowboy's Bride Collection!
