I've received Jesus Calling earlier this year, and have been using it since. When I heard about Jesus Always, a new devotion from the same author, Sarah Young, I wanted to check it out. I'm glad I did. I've only delve on it for a week, but I can tell you, the week has been fulfilling indeed. Jesus Always is about "embracing Joy in His presence." As we go about the day, do we forget the blessings of all those around us - the beauty of the trees, the flowers, the rain or the people in our lives? Jesus Always is a devotional piece for us to use during our quiet times, guiding us to the scriptures of God's words in the Bible. The author's writing is consistent with the scripture provided, reminding us the words that breathe life. It's about connecting us with God's word and reminding us the joy He blessed us with, allowing us to be closer to Him, drawing a deeper relationship.
A wonderful devotion for years to come. I will continue using both Jesus Calling and Jesus Always.
