ReplyDeleteThanks Winnie!! That is a great Christmas!
DeleteMy first grandchild's first Christmas was my highlight! He's turning one in two weeks so he loved the Christmas trees, lights, and music. Seeing him this year as a baby when his birth was such a miracle from God through several surgeries, multiple procedures at the fertility clinic, a miscarriage, and one last in vitro fertilization. This baby changed our lives as the first Christmas child changes lives all the time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Tha ks for sharing and children are truly blessings!

DeleteWelcome back! My Christmas was pretty dull and I've made the usual resolution to lose weight.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sweetpea35. I'd like to second that resolution but I'm not puttingtoo muchpressure on myself. We will see....
DeleteOur youngest daughter came to spend Christmas with us ~ we gladly picked her up at the airport (190 miles roundtrip from us) on the 24th at noon and returned her for her flight on the 26th. My husband had homemade spaghetti sauce at the ready so we could play games all day. We went to Christmas Eve service and then she made her yummy Cinnamon rolls to bake on Christmas morning. We opened presents sent from our Wisconsin daughter's mailed package and had a fun day!
ReplyDeleteMy Word for 2017 is Wait.
Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act.
Don’t be impatient for the Lord to act! Travel steadily along his path. Psalm 37:7a, 34a
Habakkuk 2:2-3 wait patiently
Praying for a healthy and blessed year for you! Kathleen ~ Lane Hill House
