We're onto the last Word of the Month post in February, and we cap it with Mary Connealy, and she's here to talk about another kind of love than romance.

The father makes a clumsy stab at getting them together and goes too far. But he does it out of love. It’s a lot of fun seeing the collision of strong personalities and how the father’s ham handed manipulation really does work in the end. "

I'm a huge fan of Book 1 of the Cimarron Legacy Series, No Way Up, which is on my 2016 Historical Fiction favorite reads. (There's a huge giveaway too!) So I'm definitely looking forward to Long Time Gone! I also love all the covers, including Book 3, Too Far Down (did you catch a glimpse of the cover above?)!!
