Welcome to my very late Year-End 2016 Favorites!!
My year end favorite reads are books I've read in 2016 for the first time (and not necessarily all reviewed here - eek! or reviewed in 2016 - a few were posted in January 2017). They are also not all published in 2016, but majority am.
To start it off, here's what's going to happen. Every day in through February 28th (minus Sunday) at 6:00 PM EST,
- I will tell you my favorite reads in the category of the day through their covers (you know how I love covers) and
- Remember, you can see my review of the book (in a new window) by clicking on the covers.
- Then you come back and fill out the Rafflecopter for a chance to win a prize!

(NOT in any specific order!)
I really enjoyed all of these! I've only read book 1 of the ones above that's in a series, but boy oh boy, I am anxiously waiting for a chance to continue on. Individually, they work so well. Each of them. It gives you everything you expect in a GOOD book, and more.
The ones below, I've read EVERY one of the books in the series, and just LOVE it. As a series, they are just perfect. Perfect in every aspect of characters, plot, romance and a message that comes through. One aspect that I love
All of these for sure will be on my Favorites for a long time...possibly even for a lifetime!

(1) winner will win the complete set of Mary Weber's The Storm Siren Trilogy

ReplyDeleteO YES!!
DeleteI haven't read any of the books featured. I would really enjoy reading "The Silent Songbird".
ReplyDeleteThat is a very good one!! It might even be my favorite of Melanie's!
DeleteNadine Brandes is *amazing* and her books are pretty great too. :D Sara Ella and her debut are also fabulous. I've wanted to read Mary Weber's books for so long now, it's ridiculous that I haven't yet! It's a thing that needs to happen.

ReplyDeleteCarrie, you MUST!!
DeleteI have This Quiet Sky, Unblemished, and the Silent Songbird on my TBR. I also think The Gifting series looks interesting because Katie Ganshert is a great writer!

O.. I LOVED This Quiet Sky. It was one of those ugly cries for me!!
DeleteThe only one I've read is Storm Siren. Have to add more to TBR pile.😊 j4fortner(at)gmail(dot)com Jill F.
ReplyDeleteO, you have to add them ALL!! Love them!

They are Maria. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI haven't read any of these but I have read several by Melanie Dickerson and hers are always good!
ReplyDeleteO.. yes!! Melanie!! Love.
DeleteThe 13th Continuum is the one I want to read as I have not read any from this list yet.
ReplyDeleteIt's good. Thanks for sharing!
DeleteI have not read any of these books on this list but as a church librarian, I'm always interested in learning about new young adult fiction. I think Joanne Bischoff's book will be added to my list to purchase.
ReplyDeleteArletta
That's awesome. Joanne's great, and she has several that would be wonderful to add to the church library. Nadine Brandes' Out of Time series have very strong Christian references, and The Gifting & The Storm Siren Trilogy are more subtle with Christian principles.
DeleteI haven't read any of these, but The Silent Songbird is on my TBR list! The idea of reimagining fairy tales is fascinating to me!
ReplyDeleteLOVE The Silent Songbird!!! One of my favorites of Melanie's. I started her books late, and now I'm hooked!
DeleteI have read Intermission and I loved it! My most anticipated was Unblemished though :)
ReplyDeleteThe silent songbird is the only one I have read so far.
ReplyDeletei am always on the lookout for new books to read, and there are some that look really good on this list. Thanks for posting!
