Intensity. Skill. Tenacity.
The bodyguards of Elite Guardians Agency have it all.
When Maddy McKay and Quinn Holcombe don't show up for Quinn's birthday party, his friends know that something is very wrong. Their search turns up little beyond evidence that Quinn and Maddy have vanished. And it soon becomes apparent that they did not leave of their own accord.
Maddy awakens in a cement room with no idea where she is. But it's not long before she realizes she's in the clutches of a madman who exacts revenge through games--hunting games. His prey of choice? Humans. Now Maddy and Quinn must run for their lives and outwit their killer when their game begins.
Because if they don't win this game . . . they die.

If there ever was a book that makes you nervously look over your shoulder, Lynette Eason's Moving Target is one. This book 3 of the Elite Guardians stirs in your mind as our main characters, Maddy and Quinn were kidnapped and forced through a Hunger Games scenario where they were hunted for death. Creepy? Chilling? Psychotic? O yes. Well, the "psychotic" was the villain, but when you read from the villain's perspective, you get it, and it chills you! (Brrrr....just thinking about it!)
Lynette Eason has once again written a suspense that binds you to the book until the very end. As Maddy and Quinn are made moving targets for the twisted evil that envelopes them, not only their lives are at stake, so are their hearts. Will they be able to finally put aside what hinders their acceptance of each other in their lives? Or will the target be hit before their hearts come clean?
Moving Target has romance, danger and suspense all woven together with a precise and masterful hand. In come friendships and God's providence that tops it with a story that makes you hunger for more by the author and of the series! Don't miss the rest of the series, which each can be read as a standalone.
