Is Dylan hunting Casey to prosecute her or protect her?
Casey Cox is still on the run, fleeing prosecution for a murder she didn’t commit. Dylan Roberts—her most relentless pursuer—is still on her trail, but his secret emails insist that he knows the truth and wants to help her. He’s let her escape before when he had her in his grasp, but trust doesn’t come easily.
As Casey works to collect evidence about the real murderers, she stumbles on another unbearable injustice: an abused child and a suicidal man who’s also been falsely accused. Casey risks her own safety to right this wrong and protect the little girl from her tormenters. But doing so is risky and just may result in her capture—and if she’s captured, she has no doubt she’ll be murdered before she ever steps foot in a jail.
In this riveting sequel to the USA Today bestseller If I Run, evil lurks, drawing Casey out of the shadows . . . but there is light shining in the darkness. Is Dylan a provision from the God who loves her, or another heartache yet to happen?

With all that's going on in her life, Casey still risks her capture, safety and life to help those who are in need. The message of good is strong, but the highlight of trusting Him to provide even the smallest things we take for granted is throughout this story. As Casey's life was turned upside down since book one, her journey was none other than hard, yet every step of the way, she finds her self closer to God.
“There's no other explanation but God. . . I barely know him, but I think he must know me.” (5)
Our lives may not be as "adventurous" as Casey's, but we too will experience trials and hardships. That doesn't mean He doesn't care. Look around you, and see the many gifts that are there. I love what the author shared at the end of the book in the "A Note From the Author," which was something a friend had shared with her:
“. . . a default setting in life is to take details for granted, when in fact almost every part of every day is a direct gift from God.” (353)
Amen to that. Intentional gratitude. Let's all start this moment.
With all that said, I truly enjoyed If I'm Found. It's filled with suspense, the kind of intensity that makes you feel a part of the story, running and hiding with Casey, or searching for clues with Dylan. I would recommend reading this series in order to get the full scope of the series. I look forward to next book in the series, and it can't come soon enough.
