There's a reason I enjoy Sarah Morgan's From Manhattan With Love series. True, it deviates from my usual clean romance with some of its more provocative scenes, but its not at all crazy graphic. What I love is the depth these characters have and the plotline that goes deeper than "small town girl meets handsome billionaire" type stories. Fliss' story in Holiday in the Hamptons spoke of miscommunication, misunderstanding and putting up a wall and a facade to hide the truth from others. It's about love that needs patience and understanding. It's about family, friends and relationships. That latter half of the book, when Seth and Fliss finally talk talk, well, that nearly broke my water dam! Some hard truths for marriage couples for sure. In all, another good story, and this one about one of the toughest girls you'll meet, at least on the outside.
